Come on the Brits!!

Written by Seeds at 00:42 10/7-2012

What a result today in the Velikiye Luki - Gruzdovo (WT).

A First and Second for the Brits!!

Randolph Fortier was not only given his first ride for Scotland but he was given the responsibility of the Scottish Captain. This was a risky decision but as Scotland only has 2 cobblers the only one Rob could make for such a race.

Darian Hadfield stormed home with a first for England closely followed by Randolph with a well deserved second place for Scotland.

I don't like liars or cheats. Doesn't matter whether it's 8, 16, or 100 years ago. The truth should come out in the end, and justice should be done.

Seeds at 18:23 10/7-2012
I don't care what the kangaroo court decide he will alway be a champion in my eyes!!

Super Velo at 16:36 10/7-2012
I agree with what you are saying Seeds. It appears that some people are trying to destroy him.

If his alleged doping offenses happened recently then sure go after him. But to try to punish the guy for something that might or might not have happened between 8 and 16 years ago is insane.

Great results all round. Saw the title and thought you were talking about TdF.

Congrats on the result for Scotland yesterday.

Seeds at 10:55 10/7-2012
I was reading all about the new twists to the witch hunt yesterday now the court case was dropped. Why can't they just let it drop he was a great champion and lets face it if he did dope he only did what most people did back then. Let him retire in peace!! I loved watchching him and his struggle over cancer very inspirational for many people why destroy all the good work for what!!

Super Velo at 05:07 10/7-2012
I was just joking... The Brits certainly are a world cycling power house. Rah...rah... rah... go Wiggo go... lol

Yes Armstrong is retired and he is also the soon to be zero times TDF winner instead of the 7 time TDF winner....

That just proves that cheating is wrong, even if the cheating occurred 8 to 16 years ago. LOL

Seeds at 01:07 10/7-2012
TdF Armstrong has retired ---The King has gone long live the Wiggins king!!

Seeds at 01:05 10/7-2012
Come on it's not new news Hoy has been the king on the track for years!! Lets not even mention Cav the World Champion!

Super Velo at 01:00 10/7-2012
First a 1-2 finish for the Brits in the stage 9 TDF TT. Now another 1-2 finish for the Brits here. It's starting to look like the Brits are taking over cycling. LOL
